Comparably’s Top Five Employers for Diversity

Glassdoor research shows that seven in 10 people would prefer to join a diverse team of colleagues when looking for a new job. Diversity in the workplace has become a hot topic of discussion in recent years, with most companies now actively seeking wider representation in senior leadership roles.

Employment comparison site, Comparably, recently released the results of a survey about the top CEOs for company diversity, according to anonymous employee ratings, at their 2020 Leadership Awards. The 2020 list is based on reviews from employees from Black, Asian or minority ethnic backgrounds between June 2019-2020. Employees were asked to rate their CEO, workplace culture and whether they would recommend their employer.
