Almost a decade ago, the advice team at Ernest Grant Ltd, a long standing and respected employee benefits consultancy (our founders), identified a demand from customers to provide flexible benefit options for their employees. Deciding that technology would be the best way to deliver this type of service the team set out to review technology solutions available in the market. Having completed the review and not found a stand-out software solution with the desired level of functionality, they decided to build their own bespoke solution………MyBenefitsZone was soon born!
Following the Launch of the MyBenefitsZone platform demand for additional functionality grew and a natural progression to provide HR functionality, including Holiday & Absence Management and expense claims began.
With each year that passed, functionality increased and a further progression to provide Payroll services evolved. It was clear that with such a high level of data being managed from within the platform, further reporting and analytics could provide invaluable information to key personnel, therefore the team developed the customisable reporting and analytics functions. The next obvious step was for MyBenefitsZone to stand alone as a business, and MyBenefitsZone Ltd was created.
Today, MyBenefitsZone stands proudly independent as it becomes the heartbeat of many organisations, transforming HR and payroll functions and building engagement & reward for thousands of employees. Watch this space as we continue to grow!
